We sell our honey in the town of laguna at The Trading Post and to the Laguna Village Providore.
In the future we look forward to expanding and selling our honey to more stores in NSW.
The story of Hugo’s Honey
I was nine when my mum’s partner Matt bought a farm in Laguna Hunter Valley and the farm came with bee hives which I was very interested in so we decided that I could collect the honey from the bees and keep the money from selling the honey on my business that I wanted to make. Then one day a lady came and helped us harvest the honey from the bees but we could only take a small amount of honey because the bees needed it to survive the season.
A couple of weeks into the future we had to move the bees.
It was almost 8 pm when we moved them but the next morning they had swarmed everywhere.
As we were stuck in the house from the fear of getting stung. Matt brought loads of honey that he had harvested from the bees and we put it all in jars and then the jars into boxes. Right after that, I designed labels for my business.
